Engine Flush

Even though your car may be running great and engine oil is changed regularly, it is imperative that your car’s engine should be flushed. During a normal oil change, more than 300ml of engine oil sludge, old contaminated oil and abrasive particles may remain in the engine after the oil change. Flushing out these contaminants increases oil flow and reduces friction on the moving and rotating parts, giving you better engine performance, smoother ride and improved fuel economy.

Fuel System Cleaning

It is recommend to clean the entire system once every six months to remove accumulated varnishes and impurities. These deposits impair overall engine performance, increase fuel consumption and increase smoke emission. Accumulated deposits that choke up the fuel system also causes poor acceleration. Flushing the choked fuel system removes all unwanted, unburned deposits from valves, pistons and combustion chambers and therefore improves compression and fuel comsumption.

Air-Con System Flush

Just like the other systems in the car, the air-conditioning system needs to be serviced regularly for optimal performance. Over time, the air-conditioning system can be polluted with impurities and bacteria which results in unpleasant odours and unhealthy cabin air. Compressor oil needs to be replaced to lubricate the compressor and maintain the expansion valve efficiently. Similarly, refrigerant gas, which absorbs and releases heat out of the car cabin, needs to be re-charged to continue to provide cool comfort. Regular maintenance will prevent malfunctions of the vital components of the air-conditioning system and hefty repairs bill. Recommended at every 20,000 km, the Air-Con System Flush is performed using the highly efficient MF-260 Air Solvent machine. This equipment effectively purges used compressor oil and remaining refrigerant gas as well as flushes impurities from all components of the air-con system. After the thorough flushing, the system is charged with environmentally safe HFC-134a refrigerant and fresh PAG compressor oil. The air-con efficiency is tested before and after flushing and the results are compared. Cooling System Flush

Your vehicle's cooling system plays a vital role in the performance of your vehicle. A clean cooling system gives optimal thermal competency and improved power. Diminished efficiency and engine failure may occur due to overheating caused by an incompetent cooling system. When this happens, it can result in costly repairs. Conventional drain-and-refill coolant replacement service does not replace all used coolant. Adding new coolant to the remaining used coolant can cause rust and deposits to loosen and clog coolant passages, leading to overheating. Our Cooling System Flush is a treatment that cleans the engine cooling system with environmentally-friendly solvents. A degreaser eliminates impurities and prevents sludge build-up, while the non-corrosive rust remover eradicates rust effectively.
