Terms and conditions:
1. Free towing is not applicable for vehicles with punctured tyres.
2. Towing is free if vehicle is repaired at SPARK Car Care™.
3. Changing of tyre and battery is applicable for passenger cars and vans only.
4. All tows must be within the capacity of a normal tow truck. Exception tows using mobile cranes and other equipment will be charged separately.
5. Towing from one workshop to another, other than to a SPARK Car Care™ centre will be charged on a per-trip basis.
6. Costs of spare parts and accessories replacement will be charged separately.
7. Miscellaneous expenses during towing and breakdown recovery, e.g. ERP charges, parking fees at multi-storey carparks and other charges are to be borne by the car-owner.
8. Towing of vehicles for scrapping is charged separately. For further enquiries, please call 6553 1111.
