Terms and Conditions
1. The free air-con treatment is transferable to other persons upon mutual agreement.
2. The free air-con treatment cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items in SPARK Car Care™.
3. The free air-con treatment must be utilized within 6 months from the result announcement date.
4. SPARK Car Care™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue the contest without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of SPARK Car Care™.
5. SPARK Car Care™ reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change the qualifying criteria and the allocation of contest entitlements, to terminate or vary the prizes without prior notice.
6. SPARK Car Care™'s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with this contest shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
